The DiSC profile was designed to help psychologists to better understand human beings. The late great William Marston was the inventor of this unique project which focused on the traits of people everywhere. He determined that everyone fit into one of the four categories.
The first trait is Dominance and individuals tend to fall into this team when they are usually very aggressive and like to take control of any given situation. These people are the ones that will inform everyone else what to do in a time of crisis. They are also very power hungry and will try to apply for every possible supervisory position.
