Maintaining a healthy lifestyle not only includes watching what you eat and working out but also being able to stay motivated to do so. Being healthy also contributes to all aspects of life because you feel better when you are healthy.

When you are angered by something, take the time to take a breath and count up to ten before you react. Breathe deeply and transport yourself to a tranquil place. Stay calm and say only what needs to be said.

You do not need to be dealing with unneeded stress. Don't allow extra stress into your world by over-reacting when things go wrong. You have to understand things go wrong on occasion when you're trying to achieve a goal. Instead of freaking out, you should come up with methods of overcoming the obstacle. Try to avoid unneeded stress whenever possible. Avoid over-reacting when something doesn't turn out the way you want, because it can cause you stress. Accept whatever has happened instead of adopting a "woe is me" stance and focus instead on how to overcome the hurdle. Defeatism is never going to help anything.
