S will mean submission. It may be also called steadiness. People getting high S scores will be usually relaxed, calm, and patient. They will be poker faced, unemotional, and consistent too. People getting low scores will be usually restless, impulsive, and impatient.

C would stand for compliance. This would be also called conscientiousness. People who have high C scores are usually cautious, accurate, and systematic. People who have low C scores would usually be stubborn, opinionated, and self-willed.
