Differentiating Intuitive Psychic And Other Skills

By Judy Sullivan

The confusion over medium, intuitive psychic, empathy and healer abilities lies in their perceived similarities. This has caused the names to be interchanged during discourse. Understanding the differences in these skills and professions enables practitioners to better understand their area of operation. Humanity has used these forms of therapy to attain good health over the years with incredible results.

A person is considered intuitive if he can decode information or messages found in subconscious minds and use it to solve daily challenges at a personal level or for others. This opens up the opportunity for professional intuition. Such a person is able to make better decisions or help other people in their decision making endeavors. The person offers necessary guidance in life as a professional.

A psychic is also referred to as clairvoyant and has the extra sensory perception that allows him to discourse with frequencies or powers that are beyond human ream. These are dreams, spirits, future and can converse with the spirit of the dead. The senses are super natural and can go beyond what is normal. This includes sensing missing persons or objects. Psychics have heightened ability to access information that is beyond human ability.

A person with medium ability is one whose sensory perception is fine tuned. Their ability is specific and allows them to converse with spirits of the dead. They can feel or hear thoughts, mental impressions and are able to tap the frequencies of the spirit world. Such ability makes them mediators between human kind and departed souls.

Empathy has traditionally been described as the ability to feel the emotions of people around you. Such emotions include anger, pain and disgust as though it was happening to you. An empathetic person does not have a reason to be angry but experiences the emotion because of the closeness with such a person. This happens because they are able to scan the energies of others and perfectly understand how they feel and think. The feelings could be in their past, present or future.

Healers have been able to tap into the knowledge about the centrality of energy in maintaining good health. Such a person can see the entire being instead of separate parts like hands, legs or the head. A healer understands sickness as a discrepancy in the electromagnetic forces or frequencies that are required to maintain a healthy balance. For healing to occur, the frequencies must be aligned to a point of cohesion. This is what is described as perfect health.

Energy healing has a long tradition in the civilization of humankind. Therapists perceive sickness as a fault in the energy flow cycle that needs rectification. In ancient societies, health and body balance were achieved through psychological, physical and extraterrestrial interventions. This means an alignment of all aspects of humanity in order to achieve holistic balance.

The ability to differentiate medium, intuitive psychic, empathy and healer helped individuals to master different skills and specialize. Clients stood to benefit if they identified the services they need at each particular moment. Humanity has benefited from such powers and continues to benefit even now. They are used to give people better health and a balanced life.
