Recruitment is the act of getting new generation of workforce into the organization to improve efficiency in work performance. It usually involves getting the new workforce from outside the organization to fill the vacant positions within the organization. When recruiting the new generation of workforce a company or the subject organization may decide to use the external recruiters like the executive recruiters marketing to reach out to the potential personnel.

They assist the organization in the process of obtaining the most qualified generation of workers to assist in achieving the organizational goals. When recruiting new employees a company may use mainly two different sources of recruits. The internal sources and the external sources.

To begin with, the internal source of recruitment is the arrangement by the management to involve the internal or the already existing employees to fill the vacant positions that are available within the organization. These may include the employees who occupy a lower rank of employment post and so they are promoted to that higher rank which has feel vacant.

This form of recruitment is however considered as the best because it only those who have had a long time experience with the organization are given the opportunity to serve hence there is no need of training the new recruits. It also allow the organization motivate their employees through the job promotion and recalling those who have retired.

The external recruitment is all about having an advertisement on the media with an aim of attracting application from a wider range of qualified personnel to fill the vacant position in the organization. These people are normally attracted from a wide range of profession to allow the organization choose the best who is most qualified among them.

A company may opt again to undertake the recruitment itself or contract one of the recruitment firms to assist them getting the best employees. These are usually professional firms who mostly engage in the recruitment process and give best personnel on behalf their client companies.

Ones they receive a request for the same from these organizations, the firms make the adverts for the positions which are vacant to allow new applicants send their application. They then look at the applications and their qualifications after which they conduct an interview for the successful applicants and again forward the names of those who have passed the interview to the organizations to be considered for the employment.

However, there are several challenges faced in this type of recruitment exercise. It is not easy for the newly recruited employees to understand the work environment better and deliver their best skills and expertise towards attaining the organizational goals and objective. They require a lot of time in order to become use to the environment and work effectively.

The other limitation accruing from this is the fact that when recruitment is done externally, the original employees get demotivated and in the process lose their morale of working for the organization. This is mostly experienced when the employees work very hard so that they may be recognized for the promotion to the post left vacant.The executive recruiters marketing agencies are of great help.
