Once you know what steps to take, you can then take action by taking the appropriate steps necessary to ensure you meet the final goal.

Rewarding oneself as each step is achieved is another important thing to do. With each step achieved a small reward is given for doing so. This helps people trudge on even when they frustrated.

Gratification is a huge part of this kind of plan. We are all human and thrive on this. It helps energize you in a way that motivates you in a positive manner.
