The first is recognizing that stress has a significant factor in what causes panic attacks. What you need to try to determine, is if this stress is an ongoing issue that is deeply rooted in your thought process either consciously or subconsciously.What I mean by that is often people grow up with generally feeling scared or fearful in everyday life. This could be caused by many deeply rooted factors such as abandonment as a child by either parent, parents who never gave much love to their child at critical development stages in their lives, or PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) brought on by a terrifying experience.Have you ever noticed that some people have a carefree response when confronted with an important life decision, scary experience, or they have a carefree outlook on life and generally don't seem to get stressed out about too many things?

Genetics will play a major factor, if members of your family have experienced a panic disorder than this will place you at a higher risk of developing the disorder at some point in your life. However it is also important to note that some individuals still develop the condition despite no genetic links. This may then lead us to believe that environmental factors are also responsible for the development of the condition.There are also physiological causes. TSD, hyperthyroidism as well as OCD can be a direct cause of panic attacks. It has also been found that people with a low blood glucose level are also at a higher risk of experiencig panic disorders.

Another direct cause of the condition are phobias. If you suffer from a phobia which causing you to become extremely fearful or stressed about a particular situation then this will increase your chance of developing the condition.If you experience high levels of stress in your daily life this will also increase your chances of developing a panic disorder. People in this category should drink plenty of water, take regular exercise and avoid excessive amounts of tobacco and alcohol.Another link to panic disorders is depression. If you experience constant negative feelings then this can may you more vulnerable to developing panic disorders.

The second cause of anxiety and panic attacks is the immediate perception accompanied by physical symptoms triggered by years of ongoing thoughts to actually cause a panic or anxiety attack.Once you have your first panic attack its much easier to keep having them since you become fearful of the panic attack and its symptoms itself. In laymen terms you start to fear, fear itself, causing the mental triggers that can escalate your feelings and thought processes.

Every person at one point in his life can have panic attacks for different reasons. You felt this when you were called by your teacher in lower grade to recite a poem which you failed to memorize a week before. You had a panic attack when you noticed the girl you admired coming your way. There are different panic attacks causes and most of them can be very simple and fleeting.

When you are constantly tired and run down your body is in a consistent nervous state. You can never truly relax or calm down due to the fact that you are never truly rested. When this happens. this nervous energy eventually manifests itself as panic and anxiety.

Panic attacks are the natural reaction of people when they are faced with a perceived harm or danger. Thousands of years ago, these panic attacks were the early warning device of aborigines who hunted for food in the forest. In the same manner your panic attacks are your early warning device of an impending danger. Here are some panic attacks causes that can trigger your anxiety:

Danger.Danger or harm, whether real or imaginary, is a common panic attacks cause. You are on your way home and walking along a deserted and dark street. Suddenly, you feel goose bumps and your heart is beating fast. You fear for your safety. You feel danger. However, danger can also be felt even while you are in the safety of your home. You can get this feeling even if there is nothing to fear at all. That is a sign that something is amiss and you are experiencing a panic attack.

Now that you have an overview of what this disorder is it is time to discuss what causes panic attacks. There are countless of reasons why you have this disorder but there are few that prevail. One of these causes is heredity. Unfortunately for the keen of those who developed this disorder, it can be passed on from one generation to the next.Another probable cause is the way you see things or deal with your problems. If you are the kind of person who thinks keeping your negative emotions bottled up is a better idea than confronting anyone, then you are at risk for developing this disorder. Yes, those bottled up emotions may well escalate to panic or anxiety attacks.

This cycle keeps repeating itself until you do something to stop it... it will not go away on its own. Many people suffer from anxiety and panic attacks for years before they seek out help. This causes the person years and years of pain an unneeded anxiety. The feelings of dread and anxiety make life almost unbearable.If you can work on you exhaustion, which is what causes panic attacks, you can stop your disorder before it gets out of control. If you are physically drained set aside enough time for you to sleep at night. If you feel mentally drained. try meditation, yoga, working on a hobby, or exercise.
